2 Moncler 1952 collection features HBCU-style marching band

Courtney Sofiah Yates directs the 2 Moncler 1952 latest Genius collaboration collection video featuring NYC-based marching band, The Empire Marching Elite. The members include Lamont Alonzo, Samantha Umpthery, Kizzy Regis, Royal-Hyness Allah, Alyssa Reeves who are bringing a fresh perspective on how to display a new collection.

The drums, the looks, the energy, the blackness — The 2 minute video opens with a nature shot and then cuts quickly to five people holding drums and cymbals and dressed to the nines in Moncler. The video highlights the HBCU-style of marching. Scene after scene shows the members vibing to their own music, and quite literally marching to their own beat. What’s really amazing about the video is the representation of Black performers and the energy that it’s serving. The band is literally waking up the sleepy hollows, maybe that’s a hidden message of Black people trying to wake up the world? Anywho, the video is definitely gold, Yates the female director made a vision come to life in the limited time slot of 2 minutes.
