The brand is known for its sexy 90s grunge aesthetic and its latex lace-up dresses, and strappy latex bras. The collection unofficially coined the Slut Collection on Hanger’s Instagram, reclaiming the term, has a whole page dedicated to the pieces, and they are phenomenal. The collection features halter bra tops, lace-up dresses, bandeau tops, chunky silver jewelry, and even signed prints of some of her pieces worn by a model.

She launched her cool-girl, zero waste,  sustainable brand Hanger in 2012 after attending the University for creative arts in Fashion Design, of course.  The brand was immediately so well received she deservingly received the coveted Future of Fashion award back in 2014 and the ASOS fashion discovery honor two years later. Davis’s personal style she describes as “graphic” is very on-brand when it comes to her designs. Her previous work was inspired by her British-Japanese heritage and her childhood growing up in a cult. What’s next for Davis’s career you might ask? I’m sure she’ll shock the world with even more new and innovative ideas even if it isn’t in the design world.

The collection is available now, get while it’s hot! Orders close in September.
