Along with the launch of the Divine Rose II, the younger, dreamer sister of the original palette launching on May 29th, PML has announced that Naomi Campbell will become the first ever face of the brand.
For the debut of the Naomi Campbell partnership, the brand has launched the Divine Rose film and directed by Pat McGrath, herself. The supermodel will also star in campaigns throughout the year in addition to the new trademarked virtual Pat McGrath Labs Masterchat Series.
Speaking on bringing Naomi onto the team, Pat explained “I am thrilled that my sister Naomi Campbell is our first official face at Pat McGrath Labs. Naomi’s beauty is without compare, but what truly makes her special, and the ultimate McGrath Muse, is her legendary loyalty, unparalleled work ethic and sublime soul”.
The industry trailblazers have a longstanding relationship which has translated from working together, to a public friendship that screams girl power. “Pat is my chosen family and an undeniable creative force in the beauty business who has been in my life since the early stages of my career”.
When describing the label, Naomi stated “Pat has created a line that brings fantasy and glamour back into our daily lives and makes us dream again! There is no one else I’d rather embark on this journey with other than the iconic Pat McGrath.”
With Pat McGrath’s history of turning every item into a cult product, The Divine Rose collection is predicted to be flying off virtual shelves as it launches tomorrow. The collection includes the new Divine Rose eyeshadow palette and it’s iconic prequel, as well as limited edition variations of the MatteTrance Lipstick, Lust: Gloss and PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil.
