From now on we will be compiling our favourite songs of the past few weeks into a must-listen Spotify playlist. This way, you’ll be sure not to ever miss out on fresh finds and NBGA approved tunes. Not to mention, we’ll also be listing our favourite music video of the month too!
This month our playlist is filled with heavy hitters such as Travis Scott, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj because how could we not? But the real takeaway from August 2018 is arguably Blood Orange’s album Negro Swan. Such a masterpiece.

Our favourite music video of the month is Childish Gambino’s animated video for the stellar song Feels Like Summer. First of all, it’s such a fantastic track about global warming and environmental destruction, set to a video featuring a symbolic animation of the most talked-about and iconic rappers and hiphop artists of our time.
